Overview
The Specsavers Seminar is a critical internal event where partners and managers gather to learn key information for the year ahead. With different streams in the business, the event programme is tailored to suit each attendee and a registration solution was required to handle that.

With a very tight window for registration and badging on the day, Specsavers were keen for a fully managed solution that got people into the event quickly.
Solution
We built a fully customised online registration system for the event where people only saw content and options relevant to them. Exhibition slots, lunches and specific meetings are all allocated to delegates on the basis of their specific agenda.
Acting on behalf of the Specsavers team, we handled all enquiries and bookings for the event.
A super-fast QR code scanning and badging solution was delivered and staffed by Event Connections. Badges contained a unique agenda for each delegate for quick reference.
