Overview
The BSR Conference is the UK’s foremost gathering of leading rheumatology professionals.
With a large number of attendees all expected to arrive in a short period of time, BSR wanted a fast and robust on-site registration system.
A key priority was handling the variety of attendee types and identifying those clearly on badges.
Solution
Building on the success of 2018, we introduced QR code fast-track entry for the first time. This was a huge success with the majority of delegates using it.
We also supplied exhibitor lead retrieval devices and room scanners for tracking session attendance.
Looking ahead to 2020, the event is looking to switch to full colour on-demand badges, offering even more flexibility.
