Event Scan allows exhibitors to scan badges and instantly view the contact details that are held on the registration system.

Exhibitors can then add their own questions and take notes before saving the lead. Saved leads can be viewed and edited at any time on the device and and full lead retrieval reporting is available via an online portal.

Our handheld badge scanners are a great option for exhibitors. Simply scan delegate badges throughout the event and our scanners will retain their data.

When the event is over, exhibitors need only return their lead retrieval badge scanners to us, and we will generate a full data report for exhibitors to access. Easy!
