Develop:Brighton is the UK’s largest gaming technology conference, taking place every summer on Brighton’s beautiful seafront.
We’ve been working with the team behind Develop:Brighton for over 10 years now, and we look forward to welcoming such a creative and innovative client each and every time.
Develop:Brighton has over 250 ticket types, making it one of our most complex events to manage, both pre-event and on-site. We’re proud to be Develop:Brighton’s sole provider in event technology, delegate management and on-site badging.
Solution
2022 was Develop:Brighton’s busiest year on record, with over 4,000 attendees registering using our white label pre-registration system, designed specifically to Develop:Brighton’s colourful branding. Our delegate services team worked round the clock in the lead up to the event, managing delegate and client enquiries, perfecting registration data and providing efficient finance and invoicing solutions.
On-site, the Event Connections team provided self-service kiosks for instant self-check in and badging, which was effective in minimising lengthy queues. We also managed a 5-person help desk across the 3 days, aimed at helping more detailed enquiries such as missing tickets or on-the-day registrations.
