A hybrid event is a type of event that allows guests to attend either in-person or remotely. This allows guests to choose how they wish to attend the event; some may be more than happy to come in person, while others can make full use of the event from the comfort of their own homes. This ability to be flexible, and to attend an event however you choose, is probably the most important aspect of the hybrid approach.
The fascinating part of hybrid events is the use of technology and remote power, in what is traditionally a face to face world. Virtual event booths, live streaming and multi-device attendance is revolutionary, and has allowed our industry to keep on chugging during difficult times.

Even if the guest chooses in-person attendance, the same link can be sent out to them, in case they change their mind or something pops up.
