New Exhibitor Portal Launches
We’re excited to launch our updated Exhibitor Portal.
The new exhibitor portal offers exhibitors a single point from which to order badges for their team, as well as view and order lead scanners and app licenses.
Badge orders skip the main registration processes (but feed into the stats and reports). Different rules can be set if required - eg Gold sponsors have 6 passes but Bronze sponsors only get 3. Exhibitors get an immediate confirmation, but they can keep adding to or editing their list right up to when they arrive on-site. For organisers, this saves what can often be a never ending series of emails with new or updated names.
The exhibitor portal registration system is available even if you are using a different event management platform for your core event data. With lots of flexibility, an easy to use interface and real-time reporting - it is a brilliant tool for busy organisers. And like most of our solutions, the whole thing is fully managed by us on behalf of our clients.
The lead retrieval order section allows for any included items or discounts and lets exhibitors understand the benefits or the available options. They can build an order and pay online, or be invoiced for offline payment. Obviously if they have an option bundled with their stand, then they don’t pay anything but get the same great service!
The orders feed through to our Event Scan system so that exhibitors can set up their account and add their questions with ease. Once they start scanning badges, the data all feeds through to the reporting section of the exhibitor portal. Everything is super-secure, GDPR compliant and has two-factor authentication.
The exhibitor portal system has already been rolled out for upcoming exhibitions and is proving popular with organisers and exhibitors alike.
