Contactless Event Registration: Pre-Event and On-Site

Contactless event registration is a fantastic way of checking in large numbers of guests in a small amount of time. As well as being safe and secure, contactless registration at events speeds up arrivals and minimises contact. Prior to the event, we can work with you and link your data to our check-in system so you can offer fast, hassle-free contactless event registration. A QR code can then be sent to guests in advance, offering them a “fast-track” check-in pass.

As they arrive, guests can either scan themselves in using our self-registration kiosks, or staff can do so using our handheld scanners. If you are having badges, they will be generated and printed in just a few seconds. All the visitors need to do is fold them in half, attach a lanyards and off they go. We can also offer digital badges for events, conferences and exhibitions - just scan your QR code and go!

 
 

Self-Service Registration Kiosks

Our brandable, plain white kiosks surround our event technology and present an elegant solution for self-scanning. We recommend also having a helpdesk for anyone who forgets their QR code or for any new registrations. Guests need simply present their QR code to the kiosk scanner, wait a few seconds, grab their badge and go. We also recommend using our double-sided, full colour, fully-recyclable event badges.

Sustainable, Recyclable Badges

Not only do these look great and are good for the environment, but they are also printed without any adhesive backing making the registration area tidier and more hygienic. The badges can be designed to have different variations and branding for different attendee or pass types. The possibilities are endless and colours, logos, wording, agendas, data can all be personalised on a badge.

E-Badges for a Digital First Approach

If you don’t want to use badges, no problem! We’ll make sure delegates are sent a personalised email with an e-ticket that can be added to their Apple or Google Pass Wallet. They can then use that at check-in, as well as for any session scanning throughout the event. It becomes their digital badge and there’s no need to print a physical event badge if you don’t want to.

QR scanners can be placed at fixed points or your event staff can use wireless handheld devices. Both can scan at a safe distance and there is no need to physically touch the scanners (like with NFC readers). Any access restrictions can be set to display on the screen eg if only certain people are allowed into certain sessions.

Event Tracking & Lead Scanners

The QR code can also be used with exhibitor lead scanners as part of a broader lead retrieval service for your sponsors and exhibitors. They can use our Event Scan app and add their own fields or questions to ask potential customers. The app has a fast & accurate QR code reader built in which allows for scanning whilst adhering to social distancing.

The data held for the delegate will show immediately in the app and any extra details can be added - minimising the passing of business cards.
