Lead Retrieval
Gathering quality leads is still essential for exhibitors so that they can get the best return on their investment at your event. In a COVID-Secure event environment, there is a greater need to utilise smart, non-contact technology to scan badges and access delegate data.
Event Scan
The Event Scan app by Event Connections has a high speed scan engine so badges can be scanned from a safe distance. Once a badge is scanned, the data held for that attendee displays automatically so it can be checked for any missing event data. Full & instant online reporting allows exhibitors to follow up with visitors straight away without needing to wait for post-event reports.
One-Click Lead Scanners
As well as the Event Scan app, exhibitors can also use our simple, one-click lead scanners. These small devices require virtually no training and allow sponsors and exhibitors to capture lead data quickly and easily.
As part of our COVID-Secure framework, the scanners are sanitised before and after use.
Contactless Info Points
Whilst lead scanners are used by exhibitors to scan badges, we also provide an alternative way of collecting event data. We offer fully integrated Contactless Info Points where attendees can use their phone to access information about exhibitors. Scanning the unique QR code is a great way to ensure that exhibitors don’t miss any leads but it’s also completely COVID-Secure as there is no close contact.
Tag Sheets
Alongside standard badge scanning, a tag sheet can be used. The tag sheet has an additional set of barcodes, which exhibitors can assign to products or services. Then, after they scan an exhibition badge, they can scan the barcode for the things that the attendee is interested in. As soon as the scanner is returned to us, exhibitors are sent high quality data for fast and effective follow-up.
