Overview

CogX is the world’s largest conference and exhibition exploring the full impact of artificial intelligence. WIth 15,000 attendees, and 500 speakers across 12 stages, it is an event of epic proportions.

Event Connections has worked alongside CogX since their first event in 2017 and we’ve seen it more than double in size each year.

Event Connections manage on-site registration and badging as well as exhibitor lead retrieval.

Solution

For 2019, we integrated directly with the CogX registration system so bookings were fed directly into our on-site registration and badging system.

With over 1000 arrivals expected per hour, the system needed to be robust and fast. Across the site, we installed six servers, 22 registration points and 14 badge printers. Over 90 badge scanners were in use for session tracking and exhibitor lead retrieval.
