COVID-Secure: Dedicated Time Slots
To assist with social distancing requirements, it is critical to spread-out arrival and departures at your conference or exhibition. This will minimise any bottlenecks at the entrance and in key areas of the venue.
As part of your pre-event registration process, we can help you issue dedicated time slots to your attendees. As part of the online event registration system, people could be asked when they would like to attend and then closer to the event, these slots can be confirmed. The arrival times could be allocated randomly or on a first come, first served basis. For many event organisers, time slots will need to be set to ensure a balanced mix of attendee types across the day and we can use the data to automatically allocate slots whilst giving manual overrides where necessary.
